52 Colours - #48 - Moss Green

Did you ever get lost in the woods ...
I just did while I was trying to find a nice place with MossGreen ...
Well ... actually only my cam got stuck in the prims of the trees and it took me some hard work to fimd myself ... erm ... like pressing ESC ... ;-P
Anyhow ... I didn't mind cause I was at such a beautiful place :
Misty Mountains and I played with some windlight setting, so I got a nice foggy fall morning ... just like in my RL these days ...
and did some pics for a lil slideshow ...
but damn ... when I wanted to upload the pics to slide.com, I got the notice that Slide.com will be shutting down in March 2012 ... and my 93 slideshows and my guestbook on my blog will stop working ... SH..!!!!
Anyway ... I got my new pics up to my photobucket account, and as long as there's no nekkies on them it will be fine too ... I just liked the templates and possibilities in slide ....

and here's a pic taken on my way to RL work yesterday morning ...

I so love these misty mornings

And for next week Luna expects us to do Wenge ... oh bugger ... I'm just glad that's not week 40 yet, when I'll do that team thing with Rudh again ... you'll see in week 40 why ;-P

Aww, Maya, loved your post and photos. Moss green really is an earthy color. Exactly how you portrayed it to be. xoxo

Aw I love your foggy shots! And the one i the beginning is kind of cool - the focus is totally on the bracelet. Is that with Depth of Field?

Those are gorgeous shots Maya! Stunning and you're right you got the windlight perfect to match your rl photo, which is also beautiful.

And I have gotten lost in the woods before but rarely did I come out looking that great.

thanx girls for your kind comments ;-)

@ Nic ... I live in the very western part of germany ... on the countryside ... and the last days we had such gorgeous mornings, misty, but with the sun coming through, awesome lights and colours ... and I always told myself to take my cam with me in the morning ... and most of the time I forgot to do it ... and so missed a lot of chances for way better pics ... lol

@ Lau ... yep that's with depth of field ... I love that, even tho it makes my cam movement (and everything else in SL) terribly slow ... and I would lie if I'd say the pics come out as planned ... I usually take a lot of them and see wich I like most and which might have an interesting effect or angle ... lol
but that's what the fun is for me ... and DoF makes it a bit like taking pics with my RL SLR-cam ;-)

You're right. I don't know what it is about misty autumn mornings, but they really touch me. Lovely picture:)

Beautiful photos--both RL and SL! And I have to agree, the ESC button might be my most used key!!!
